Third Party Payments

Since 1998 we have been facilitating relevant solutions for effective payroll management through our subsidiary FIHRST, and are the largest provider of third party and payroll associated payments in South Africa.

We process monthly payments for more than 1,000 employer groups, representing over 600,000 employees. Our defining characteristic is the ability to move “informed money”, which is the movement of money and its corresponding data to third party organisations.

With offices in Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Western and Eastern Cape, our dedicated regional teams provide superior consulting services for managing the take-on process, as well as personal client support.

We are the preferred payroll partner and have been entrusted with the biggest responsibility that any company has. This sees us handling over $563 Million in salary and wage payments monthly, a responsibility we intimately understand.

PayPlus

Built on Advance Value Service (AVS) technology, PayPlus is the future of mobility within the payroll environment and works via USSD; which means every employee can access the services from any mobile phone. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, it offers all workers, especially those in rural areas or who work late shifts, an immediately accessible and convenient solution to buy electricity, airtime and more.

PayPlus is based on the deferred payment system, and is seamlessly integrated into the payroll. We provide the service through our subsidiary FIHRST, who is the largest third party payments facilitator in South Africa.

PayPlus doesn’t just provide purchasing power to employees, it extends the payroll function and provides a number of additional value services to all employees.

We believe that power exists within strong relationships, and more so in a working partnership. FIHRST recently hosted a number of their valued clients at an exciting event, detailing new products and services, while exploring their vast service history that spans more than 15 years.
